EVOLUTION

​​​​​An immersive dance journey designed to evolve our sense of intimacy with all living beings. Enhancing our understanding of our interdependence with the Earth's living body strengthens our commitment to protect her. We will refine our ability to listen to nature as a teacher and give space to listen, mourn, remember, and celebrate the mysteries of the natural world. Exploring perspectives of other-than-human life forms heightens our sense of interconnectedness with the Earth's living body. Awakening wonder and awe deepens awareness of our 'sacred place' in the web of life.​​​​​​​

PROGRAM

In this weekend you will dance a lot, connect to yourself and others and gain insights on how to:

• Dance deeply, tenderly and wildly as we find ourselves collectively in troubled times

• Use movement to ground, center and resource yourself and your nervous system

• Grow an embodied sense of expanded presence and receptivity

• Embrace what is alive in each moment - deep body listening of subtleties of emotions and textures of sensations

• Cultivate the ability through the dance to follow your experience into a deeper unfolding

• Openness of body and heart is applied to Authentic Relating + present moment inquiry 

• Heart-full openness in the present, with self and others, deepens intimacy with all that is

Harberton Village Hall, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 7SD,

All the meetings will happen at Harberton Village Hall a beautiful space with underfloor heating and plenty of free parking. Everything about the space supports us to relax and open and dive deep into the dance.

​Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel before May 9th (one week before the start) for any reason, you will be refunded the amount paid less admin cost of £50

• If you cancel after May 9th  (less than one weeks notice) for any reason, you will be refunded the amount paid less admin cost of £100.
