In a world yearning for authentic transformation, the Seeds of Change weekend offers a profound exploration into the art of becoming a ChangeWeaver - someone who can facilitate meaningful transformation through embodied awareness and conscious movement.

 

Through this immersive experience, you'll discover how your own body holds the wisdom and capacity to create ripples of change that extend from the personal to the collective. As you deepen into embodied presence, you'll learn how transformational shifts begin within our own nervous systems, flow through the delicate dance of relationships, and expand into wider circles of community impact.​

This weekend is an introduction to 'The Art of the ChangeWeaver' year-long embodiment facilitation training with Jo Hardy, March - September 2027. 

​

Over these two days, you'll develop essential skills of the ChangeWeaver: deep listening through the body, holding space with precision and heart, and cultivating the conditions where authentic change can flourish. Through conscious dance practices and experiential learning, you'll explore how to work with the three dimensions of transformation - from the intimate landscape of your own body-heart wisdom, through the rich territory of interpersonal connection, to the broader field of collective possibility. Whether you're a therapist, movement practitioner, change-maker, or someone called to explore facilitation through your own journey of transformation, this weekend offers both a complete experience in itself and a gateway into the deeper year-long Art of the ChangeWeaver training.

Price is divided into 3 slots, depending on when you register:​

• First Slot: 160€  - ONGOING

• Second Slot: 190€ 

• Third Slot: 220€
