‘Out beyond ideas of wrong-doing and right-doing, there is a field. I'll meet you there’ - Rumi

We - Space will be an immersive conscious dance journey into the nature of open heartedness. On the dance floor we fall into wild, spontaneous, dances together and experience the profound inter-connectedness of life. The space between us becomes a Holy ground, a ‘field’ of love.

How can we translate this magic into our daily lives and relationships?
Can we remain present to ourself and each other in the face of conflict / difference?
How can we hold our hearts open as they break for so many things?

During this workshop we will support and inspire each other whilst exploring our capacity to open transparently. Depth practices from conscious dance and  Authentic Relating will guide us. We will get curious about our edges, places where we contract into blame, shame and separation. What triggers us? What are our styles of self-protection? What judgements of ourselves and each other are activated? As we open beyond our edges, we become increasingly transparent and connected with each other A compassionate, joyful, vibrant and intimate sense of We-Space opens beyond our separateness.
