A Day of Song and Dance
A day of Song & Dance
with Sarah Warwick & Jo Hardy
Rescheduled for 30th September 2023
10.30 am til 5pm
Alexandra Hall, St Luke's, Kew, Richmond TW9 2AJ
The month of February can feel like a time when not much is happening, in our lives or in the nature around us. And yet, it is a time of great potency. Beneath the apparent stillness, there is a vital preparation occurring. In this workshop we will connect with that emerging energy in readiness for the blossoming of Spring.
Sarah and Jo will lead us through a dynamic, opening and uplifting morning of joyful harmony singing and freeing dance (inspired by 5 Rhythms) to awaken the body and free the mind. In the afternoon we will take a gentle dive into our dream seeds to see what is calling for our care and attention, followed by a deeply resourcing sound bath and the magic of connection through mantra. Sharing and connection will support our day.
