Passionate Movement is a unique and full-on day to awaken your body and free your mind, just the medicine we need as we head into winter. Sarah and Jo will guide us through a dynamic, connecting and uplifting journey from which you will emerge uplifted, inspired, and joyful. The day will offer wonderful way’s to connect to yourself, and others - those you know and those you don’t. The unique energy that long term friends Sarah and Jo evoke in the space, is playful, deep and nourishing. All are welcome, no previous experience needed.

Gabrielle Roth's Five Rhythm's Wave to awaken the body and free the mind with Jo Hardy. Jo is passionate about dance as a natural, deep and playful pathway to deeper embodiment, creativity, self awareness and self empowerment.

We will be in the beautiful upper hall, formed in the original roof timbers of the church and still incorporating a stunning arched ceiling. Character windows add to this wonderful space for dancing & singing. We look forward to sharing, connecting, singing and dancing with you! Please come, and let your friends know of this unique event.
